Our rules for VPS & Dedicated Server:
- Spam or any illegal action will cause shutdown & delete your service without refund (¹).
- rDNS allows changing once per month (Please do not change it every day or week!)
- Please follow https://www.spamhaus.org/faq/ or https://www.spamhaus.org/faq/section/Marketing%20FAQs to avoid our IPs being added to Spamhaus Blacklist if you are going to use our IPs for Marketing Email.
- Reload OS is free of charge or you can do it by yourself with VPS Control if you are using VPS.
- You have to renew or cancel service within 7 days before invoice due. Your service should be list as don't need anymore and will be shutdown & delete on the last day of billing contract if you are not renew within that time.

During the period of service, IPs can be listed to Spamhaus CSS Blocklist by some reasons, Spamhaus may be allow you request remove from listed by yourself but limited around 6 IPs per 24 hours. If you are using service and number your IPs go blacklist less than 5% per total IPs then we will give you 24 to 72 hours to fix problem (remove IPs from listed by yourself and do something to make sure problem not happen again). If you are using service and number your IPs go blacklist more than 5% per total IPs then we reserve the right to force shutdown and delete service without refund.
This rules mean first time we will give you a service with clean IPs, but during the period of service if we got reported that you use our service to do something illegal or you make our IPs go to Spamhaus Blacklist, we will force shutdown and delete your service without refund.
